Rules of Engagement

1) Clients usually commit to 9-12 hours coaching - change takes time. 

​

2) Session two is 2-3 hours long and includes the debrief of a Hogans leadership assessment that you will complete prior to the session. You'll also receive your Mind Journal and other materials.

​

3) Clients commit by paying 50% upfront as skin-in-the-game and an investment in yourself. Trust me.

4) We'll review half-way through and pay for the remaining sessions.

​

5) Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24-hours in advance unless the circumstances are truly exceptional.

This 3-day, immersive and experiential programme is a mix of group learning, actually practicing coaching with each other, in front of each other and giving rigourous feedback to develop their craft; followed by six 1-hour coaching sessions with each delegate on their own goals, mindset and performance.

We focus on key touch-points such as: trust, effective 1:1's, career conversations, performance feedback and more; as well as managing up and facilitating group conversations so that meetings are more effective and outcome driven.
